As a body worker, I love to connect with what truly ‘Is’. I sense with you where we can find your own movement and stillness, what really touches you and how to align yourself with what’s present. Letting life find its flow through you, instead of you trying to control it.

When we treat our body with honor and respect, like a temple, the skin is the entrance where we meet both our inner and outer world. Through the body we dive into our inner wisdom, the depths of consciousness where all is in its untamed wild state.

Tandava Massage

Tandava is the Hinduistic cosmic dance. It is a meditative and free form from where we move the energy all over the body.

Intuitive touch make every massage a unique experience. With different techniques, warm oil and incense we dance with the spirits of water, earth, fire, air and ether.

Self love meditation

Breath deeply. Close your eyes and open up to meet your deeper layers.

I invite you to look at yourself with compassion and listen to your inner voice.
